Just breath…

…is what you might hear, when stuck in a stressful situation. Our breath is directly connected to our automatic nervous system and a very powerful tool to calm down or increase energy. Often and unconsciously we breathe flat or through the mouth - which leads to overbreathing and an over-active nervous-system.
In my breathwork sessions I teach nose- and belly-breathing by using Pranayama exercises the yogic science of the breath, as well as breathing technics from free diving.
Breathwork is part of my daily routine and has changed my life. 30 minutes of conscious, intentional breathing are a game-changer in my emotional and mental regulation as well as help me easily to reach a meditative state.
